Here is just some encouragement to brighten your day. No matter what life throws at you, just keep on swimming. Whatever your hardships are, you are never alone just like the fish in this pond. I know the past two years of COVID has shook all of us to the core and balancing work and family life became a whole lot harder. Everyone has been impacted by this pandemic and in various spheres of our lives e.g. financially, spiritually, emotionally, and in our relationships. It will take some time for our lives to get back to “normal.” However, you wonder if there will ever be a normal or if it’s now a “new normal.” Whatever it will be, grant yourself some grace. You should applaud the efforts you made to survive these past two years. We have to give ourselves more credit as we are better able to adapt to change than we think. However, if we do have times when we do become overwhelmed, we have to reach out for help. There is always someone you can reach out to when times get tough. Your support systems matter most in times of need. It may be a partner, a friend, or someone who could provide professional help. Stay blessed. Keep on swimming!
